Joshua Fredenburg is an Internationally Recognized Speaker, Author, TEDx Speaker, President of the 'Award- Winning' Circle of Change Leadership Experience, and an expert on issues that revolve around leadership, diversity and inclusion, retention, and millennials.
For the past thirteen years, Joshua has not only served as a keynote speaker in 47 states across the nation, but he has transformed the lives of thousands of people as a keynote speaker, workshop presenter, trainer, and facilitator at different leadership and diversity conferences, retreats, and trainings across the world.
In the beginning of 2010, Joshua Fredenburg wrote a researched-based book entitled, “A Call to Action – 14 Highly Effective Leadership Principles for Leaders of Millennials”. By the end of that year, not only did he appear on various television and radio shows to talk about his newest book that revolved around Millennials and Leadership, but he launched an ‘award winning’ leadership development conference for student leaders who are part of the Millennial Generation called, “The Circle of Change Leadership Conference”.
After impacting hundreds of millennial leaders through these national conferences and speaking engagements, Joshua Ffredenburg is receivinga doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University in June of 2019,and he completed a dissertation that was focused on discovering the impact transformational leadership has on the retention of millennial volunteer leaderswithina remote/virtual non profit organization.
With tons of research and experiences with leaders of the Millennial Generation, Joshua Fredenburg has decided to create the RED LEADERSHIP SUMMIT so that he can provide a solution to the retention, engagement, and leadership development challenges that various organizational leaders are facing with members of the Millennial Generation.
